At HoneyVeda, we take pride in the purity of our honey; however, due to the perishable nature of food products, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. Please ensure you inspect your delivery upon receipt to maintain the integrity of our natural hive-to-table promise.
Return Process
- 1.Report Issue
Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery by emailing your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect honey jar.
- 2.Verification
Our quality assurance team will review your request and the provided images to verify the eligibility for a replacement or refund.
- 3.Return Shipping
If a return is required, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label for you to send the product back in its original packaging.
- 4.Resolution
Once the item is received or the claim is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a fresh replacement jar immediately.
